International Kaushik Memorial Trust (IKMT) was formed in the memory of Late Shri Gopi Nath Kaushik, an eminent writer and broadcaster from Jammu & Kashmir and his wife late Smt. Raj Rani Kaushik nee Daya Nehru. The Trust was registered as a Public Charitable Trust at Jammu on 24th August, 2016.
Our vision is to empower and uplift the ignored stratum of society and make the world a happier place.
Our mission is to serve and work towards the upliftment of the poor and oppressed people of all religions and work towards the well-being of the whole of humanity.
We strongly believe in the philosophy of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, which means “the world is one family”, and our aim is to help develop a better, happier and peaceful world.
The prime objective of IKMT is the service of humanity. We want to create a community of people that works towards the benefit and upliftment of society. If through our groundwork we are able to bring about a change to even a small number of families, we would be greatly satisfied. We believe that when we lose ourselves in the service of others, only then we truly find ourselves. A few of our key objectives are:
The best way to find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of others
